Battle Gameflow

Unlike Pirate Ships + Pirates that choose an Island to station for $GEM hunt, Cursed Ships + Pirates choose Islands to rob. There are two scenarios where a battle will be triggered.

Pirate Ship vs Cursed Ship

Whenever a Pirate Ship leaves the Island on their return trip to Home Base, this will be triggered:

  1. A Pirate Ship decides to return to Home Base from Island A.

  2. A random Cursed Ship is chosen from all the Cursed Ship stationed at Island A to battle the Pirate Ship.

  3. Pirate Ship and Cursed Ship engage in a turn-based PVP battle.

    1. If the Cursed Ship wins, 50% of the $GEMs from the Pirate Ship will be robbed, and distributed among all Cursed Ships in Island A.

    2. If the Pirate Ship wins, it keeps all its $GEMs

4. After the battle, Pirate Ship returns to the Home Base; Cursed Ship stays in Island A.

The Cursed Ship will be stationed at the same Island unless the player decides to move it to another Island.

TIP: Cursed Ships need to constantly make the decision to choose which Island to station based on how many Pirates Ships hunt $GEMs there, and how many Cursed Ships are in the same Island (which means how much earnings have to be shared to the pool).

Cursed Ship vs Cursed Ship

Whenever a Cursed Ship has reached capacity, or decided to move to another Island, it will have to first return to the Home Base.

When a Cursed Ship is returning to a Home Base, the same battle event is triggered:

  1. Cursed Ship A decides to return to Home Base from Island A.

  2. Cursed Ship B, a random Cursed Ship chosen from all the Cursed Ship stationed at Island A, will be picked to battle Cursed Ship A.

  3. Cursed Ship A and Cursed Ship B engage in a turn-based PVP battle.

    1. If the challenger Cursed Ship B wins, 50% of the $GEMs from the returning Cursed Ship A will be robbed, and distributed among all other Cursed Ships (i.e. excluding Cursed Ship A) in Island A.

    2. If the returning Cursed Ship A wins, it keeps all its $GEMs

4. After the battle, Cursed Ship A returns to the Home Base; Cursed Ship B stays in Island A.

What Ships Must Engage In Battles?

  • If a Pirate Ship + Pirate chose to go on $GEM hunts on autoplay, it would not need to battle the Cursed Ships on its return trip to Home Base. It will pay a tax of 20% to the Cursed Ships on the same Island instead.

  • Pirate Ships + Pirate on active play must engage in battles.

  • All Cursed Ships + Pirate must engage in battles.
